Fee Changes as of 1 Jul 2025:

*Psychology Appointments: Renae’s standard rate for in-clinc, telehealth, or phone Medicare and Private clients is $255. Renae’s rate for Individual Outdoor, Nature-based appointments for Private and Medicare clients is $260.

Extra fees:

+ New client surcharge: your first appointment with Renae (for Medicare and private clients) attracts a $10 surcharge.Late cancellation/non-attendance policy applies to all clients/referral types. [This fee is waived for WorkCover, NDIS, and DVA clients]

+ Outside of hours surcharge: appointments before 8.30am or from 5pm, and on weekends attract a $20 surcharge. [This fee is waived for all Outdoor, Nature-based sessions]
