Renae’s Fee Changes as of 1 JAN 2026:

*Psychology Appointments:

Medicare/Private clients (in clinic, phone, telehealth): Renae’s new standard rate will be $265. New client & out-of-hrs surcharges will apply.

Medicare/Private clients (individual outdoor, nature-based): Renae’s new rate will be $275. New client & out-of-hrs surcharges will apply.

NDIS clients:

  • Appointment Fee: Despite the NDIA recently confirming that private businesses can charge above the NDIA price limits, Renae will continue to match the NDIS price limit (currently $232.99) so there is no out-of-pocket expense for you. New client & out-of-hrs surcharges will NOT apply.

  • Reporting & Communication Fee: After many years of declining to charge these NDIS-covered fees, from 1 Jan 2026 Renae will now charge for any Reporting & Communication work she completes (e.g., casenotes after your appointment, treatment review and planning, communication with NDIS/stakeholders); these fees will be discussed with you before any such work is commenced, so that you can provide your consent.

DVA clients: Renae’s rates will continue to match the current DVA rates for Clinical Psychologists. New client & out-of-hrs surcharges will NOT apply. Late cancellation/non-attendance fees apply and are not covered by DVA.

Extra fees:

+ New client surcharge: your first appointment with Renae (for Medicare and private clients) attracts a $10 surcharge.Late cancellation/non-attendance policy applies to all clients/referral types. [This fee is waived for WorkCover, NDIS, and DVA clients]

+ Outside of hours surcharge: appointments before 8.30am or from 5pm, and on weekends attract a $20 surcharge. [This fee is waived for all Outdoor, Nature-based sessions]
