Renae’s Fee Increase (as of 28 Mar 2026):

Psychology Appointments:

• Medicare/Private 50+mins:

  • In-clinic, phone, telehealth: $275. Surcharges: client new to Renae (+$10), out-of-hrs appointment (+$20).

  • Outdoor, nature-based: $285. Surcharges: none. New clients must have an in-clinic appointment & complete our risk & suitability assessment before outdoor sessions are approved.

  • Late cancellation/non-attendance fees apply.

• DVA:

  • DVA-set price limits: $239.85 per 50min session or $359.90 per 90min trauma therapy session (requires prior approval and arrangment)

  • Late cancellation/non-attendance fees apply and must be paid for by the client.

• NDIS:

  • In-clinic, phone, telehealth: $232.99 for 50mins, or NDIA price limit for appointment duration.

  • Outdoor: NDIA price limit for appointment duration (currently $232.99 for 50mins) + NDIA price limit for travel time.

  • Late cancellation/non-attendance fees apply and are typically covered by NDIA if funding allows.

  • Reporting & Communication Fees (outside-of-session casenotes, treatment planning, research, communication, & reporting): charged at the NDIA price-limit.

• WorkCover:

  • In-clinic, phone, telehealth 60+mins: $267 pro-rata for appointment duration.

  • Outdoor sessions 60+mins: WorkCover price limit pro-rata for appointment duration. Outdoor sessions require prior case manager approval.

  • Late cancellation/non-attendance fees apply and must be paid for by the client.

  • Reporting & Communication Fees: WorkCover price limit.
